The good news is he’s already peaked.
The bad news is we don’t know how many people he will take with him on the way down.
Donald Trump is a simple man. Astrology describes him effortlessly.
The Sun in Gemini, Moon in Sagittarius and Leo rising shows a massive egotist full of hot air who loudly shouts the first thing that comes into his head.
Sun in the 10th means he makes a successful career out of all of the above.
Mars (red) in Leo (yellow) on the Ascendant (appearance) accounts for his orange colouring.
That’s it. You don’t need to know anything else. No in depth character analysis because he doesn’t have one.
Every time I write an article about Trump I have to remind everyone that I bet on him to become President in 2016, 18 months before the event when the odds were 40/1 against.
I don’t do this to blow my own trumpet, I do it to show how utterly simple astrology transits are.
He didn’t win because his profected ruler was in his 4th house (probably the reason Hellenistic astrologers backed Hillary Clinton).
Or because the antscion of his Lilith was in bi-quintile aspect with his Chiron.
Trump has the Sun at 22 Gemini and Moon at 21 Sagittarius so obviously slow moving planets forming aspects to these degrees are going to have a powerful impact on his life.
As his Sun is conjunct Uranus and trine Jupiter, these two are going to be the most important.
He was elected in 2016 with Uranus favourably trine his Moon and sextile his Sun.
Jupiter was also applying to Return with a trine to the Sun and sextile his Moon.
This would be one of the most beneficial combinations of these planets to occur in his lifetime.
Again 18 months before the 2020 election, I predicted he would lose due to Neptune’s difficult square aspect to both his Sun and Moon.
Not exactly rocket science is it?
This is the way with astrology, if you stick with aspects and transits of the non personal planets to the Sun and Moon, you can’t go wrong.
On this basis, 18 months before the 2024 election, I predicted he would be back because during the early part of May this year Trump would have transit Jupiter conjunct his Sun.
It is also for this reason that I decided not to post anything about his 2nd term until after this conjunction had passed.
One reason that many people missed Don 2, is that his own win didn’t fit the bill for Pluto in Aquarius.
And given that planet absolutely dominates the Inauguration chart, that was understandable.
An exact conjunction with the Sun at the Midheaven shows its power but it’s important to understand that with a sign tenure of 20 years, Pluto is playing the long game here.
And Donald Trump’s Presidency is an essential tool in that plan.
In four months, Trump has had a massive impact on the rest of the world.
His offensive and disdainful treatment of Zelenskyy, his sucking up to Putin and Netanyahu, his plan to turn Gaza into Vegas, his threats to annex Panama, Mexico, Greenland and even Canada has systematically alienated the rest of the world.
The utterly bizarre return to 19th century economics with on/off tariffs has resulted in stock market crashes the world over.
Donald Trump is where he is because over half of the Americans who could be bothered to vote are even more stupid than he is.
Fortunately the majority of the population of every other country isn’t as dumb or at least the ones that are can learn from watching him in action.
Trump and Vance came to power with an aim to drag the rest of the world into line and get imitators elected in other countries.
In just a few months he has single-handedly managed to turn strong right wing party opinion poll leads into landslide victories for left of centre leaders in both Canada and Australia.
The election in Canada was seen as a referendum on Trump.
With transit Saturn square to a 6th house Sun, Pope Francis left to meet his maker (as predicted by me).
Donald Duck went full transit Jupiter in the 10th house opposite a Sagittarius Moon and instantly nominated himself as Pontiff.
This was only half serious, his intention was to get his own man in the Vatican, presumably the Hungarian Peter Korda, an anti immigration fan of Victor Orban.
The Cardinals did elect an American with Jupiter/Sun transits but they went for the square aspect rather than the conjunction and picked Robert Prevost, a progressive on social issues who has gone on record as saying Vance was wrong about Jesus.
So that’s another election Trump’s “influenced”.
It’s looking like the Mango Mussolini will be ushering in the Pluto in Aquarius era, particularly for his country’s biggest rival.
It is 75 years since Mao Tse Tung’s takeover. Since then China has been seen as the serial killer Mars conjunct Pluto in Leo in the 7th house of enemies, rather than the cool, tree hugging Moon on an Aquarius Ascendant.
With transit Pluto stationing on the country’s Moon, Trump’s tariffs have given China the opportunity to be seen as defender of world economic order and everyone’s Aquarian best mate.
Over the period of Trump’s Presidency, Pluto will complete the transit of the China Moon and Ascendant, so it will emerge as the new number one.
Pluto has history here. Even before it was discovered, it was conjunct the US Sun during the mid 1920s as America established itself as top dog.
The US experiences its own Jupiter Return in July so the full impact of Trump’s tariffing will not be felt yet.
That is more likely to come through the 2nd half of 2026 with Saturn square its Sun.
Over the following few years, Pluto will be conjunct the US South Node in the 2nd house, so the impact of Trumpian economics will hit hardest at home.
Will America learn the necessary lessons?
One concerning factor is that Jupiter has a 12 year cycle and for the election in November 2028, falls very close to Trump’s own.
The good news is that this isn’t sufficiently powerful for someone looking to overthrow the constitution and establish a dictatorship, so we are probably not looking at Don 3. Jupiter here will probably just help him arrange some kind of post Presidential indemnity for a lifetime of crime.
The bad news is that the damage will have been done by then and the US might have to wait until its own Pluto on Aquarius Moon transit in 2040 to recover.
In the meantime the White House will continue pumping out Brown Smoke.
