Astrology is proactive but most of its practitioners are reactive. Something happens and they go scurrying for the ephemerides to tell us all exactly why it did.
Even the great ones like Nostradamus tend to fall under this category. He might have made his predictions 500 years ago, but we only seem to find them after something has happened. But we are totally sure he said it would.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting astrologers to be across every possible scenario and declare it in advance, but you would think that something as important as the US Presidential elections could be seen ahead of schedule.
It is a fixed date every 4 years after all and you only have to choose between two people.
As a rule.
But even extraordinary situations like the sitting President being pushed out after he’d accumulated 98.6% of the Democrat party delegates a couple of weeks before the convention, should have been seen by astrologers.
But Joe Biden has been reluctantly forced to walk the plank by his very own bunch of pirates, Pelosi, Obama, the Clintons, Schumer et al and told to endorse his Vice President Kamala Harris, effectively making her President for the next 3 months at least.

This at a time when most astrologers were still expecting Trump to be re-elected in 2020, despite the fact that their own methods didn’t spot him getting the job in 2016.
Only 5% of astrologers got both the 2016 and 2020 elections right.
Only one forecast both of these 18 months before they happened.
The writing was plastered all over the wall in giant letters even as early as Biden’s inauguration. I can’t honestly understand how everyone missed it.
These days the inauguration always happens on the same day round about the same time so the Sun will always be in the first degree of Aquarius in the 10th house.
And what do we know will be in the 1st degree of Aquarius for 2023 – 24?
Pluto.
It’s not rocket science.
In any science, whether physical, psychological or astrological, any predictions would be made based on what might have occurred the last time similar patterns were observed.
Astrologers might claim they are dealing with combinations that have never been seen before but the same applies to any predictive science.
Even in weather forecasting, you will never get exactly the same conditions. What happens is the weatherman would look for similarities with past occurrences and then make an observation of the most likely outcome given the current conditions.
If we look back through all of the previous incumbency charts, there is only one that looked even remotely similar to the last one.
in those days the inauguration was held in March, so it was a Sun in mid Pisces rather than Aquarius.
People who don’t really how understand astrology actually works, would not be able to see the similarities.
The thing that both charts share is a square aspect between the Sun at the Midheaven and a Moon/Mars/Uranus conjunction in the 12th house.
Just for sake of reference, this combination has not occurred in any other inauguration chart before or since.
What happened in 1865?
President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated within weeks.
Note that Joe Biden’s Moon is 0.59 Taurus.
In exact square to the Inauguration Sun at 0.51 Aquarius.
Biden even has that Moon in square to Pluto in the 8th house.
So obviously transit Pluto was going to put a stop to his Presidency while it was at that degree.
Given the circumstances at the time – January 6th 2021 – The Afternoon Of The Long Knives, thinking that Joe Biden might even be assassinated before his first term was up was a very reasonable possibility.
In August 2020 I wrote this –
“If we use the weather forecasting model I would state that the astrological chances of Joe Biden succeeding Donald Trump (in 2020) were about 75 %.
Having picked Kamala Harris as his running mate he will be tapping into her transits so those chances have now increased to 90 %.
The other 10% would be due to Trump either refusing to leave the White House having lost the election or arranging for some of his goons to bump off Biden.
What happens after the election ?
Given all of the above, I would think the chances of Kamala Harris becoming President sometime between 2021 and 24, because Joe Biden is either assassinated, dies of old age or retires due to ill health is somewhere between 60 – 70 %.”
So it was the last one then.
There will always be some idiots that say Biden is still the President. He is, in name only.
The event that was threatened in the Inauguration chart and in his own, has happened.
Why now?
This is where we can all learn something from Joe Biden’s last month of very public humiliation.
As a rule we would use a 1 degree orb for transits. As Biden’s Moon is at 0.59 Taurus, this Pluto transit began when it reached 0.00 Aquarius, on 23rd March 2023.
All transits of slower moving bodies have forward and backward phases. The transit period continues until the final pass reaches 2.00 Aquarius on January 30th 2025.
When he was elected Joe almost 90 said that he would be the herald for a younger generation of Democrat leaders. If he was really thinking of the long term and the future of the country and the world, Biden would have been considering dropping out and endorsing Kamala back in March 2023.
Instead one month later with Pluto at 0.21 Aquarius, he announced he that he would be standing for November 2024.
But this too could be seen in the stars, because Pluto stopped at 0.22 (before actually reaching the square to his Moon), on May 1st and started slowly moving backwards.
The Grim Reaper went up to the front door in Wilmington, Delaware, showed his face in the window so that the Biden family could see what was coming, but decided to turn back and sharpen his scythe for a little while.
It dipped back into Capricorn and Joe was no longer thought of as being past his sell by date.
On January 21st 2024, exactly 3 years to the day of his inauguration, Pluto reached 0 Aquarius again.
There was even a Full Moon on 25th Jan at 5 Aquarius/Leo which triggered this transit.
Pluto was back in Delaware now and hammering at the door.
January 23rd marked the beginning of the Primary season. Joe Biden did not put his name forward for the first two in Iowa and New Hampshire.
This gave the Democrat party a great opportunity to get someone else established to possibly make a challenge to the President.
Dean Philips was best placed to do this and with his Sun at 0.31 Aquarius would have been perfectly placed to take advantage to even set up a potential win in November.
But it seems that the Democrat primary voters are just as stubborn as their aging hero as they swung New Hampshire with write ins for Biden.

A month later Pluto reached 0.59 Aquarius exactly square to his Moon. This was still very early in the campaign, little more than a hundred delegates had been pledged.
This would have been the time to back out, endorse Kamala and let her build up a head of steam through the primary season.
A noble move like this along with Trump’s accumulating court cases would have probably put Harris is a decent lead going into the Democrat convention.
But there’s no fool like an old fool.
This time Pluto wasn’t going away. On May 1st it stopped at 2.06 Aquarius and decided to reverse back towards Joe’s Moon.
This is the thing with Pluto transits. You have no choice, even if you think you do.
The sensible thing to do would be to spot the signs and jump early on, then you can use the remaining period to focus on rebuilding what is left of your life.
But if you don’t take a hint and do that the first time round you get a harder hit with the retrograde.
A Pluto transit demands change, this is what I wrote in Retrograde Transits – What Are They Good For?
“We are all born at a certain moment so we naturally identify with that moment and the entity that we are and have been.
Every moment since our birth, the Universe is asking us to adapt to new moments and different experiences in order to grow and become more rounded human beings. This is what it wants.

We all think we can do this adjusting thing, but we also don’t really register how much we have to change in response to things. We want to get by with a few tweaks that don’t really change us. So if we are to have tough transits, we want them to be over so we can get back to “normal” life as quickly as possible.
We don’t really want to change, just to pay lip service to the idea of it.
This is why we hate retrograde periods so much, because this is when the Universe says, no you’re not going to get away with it that easily.”
Imagine for one moment what a flavour of mincemeat an energised Kamala Harris would have made of Donald Trump coming off his 34 felony convictions in that June 27th debate. He would have been trailing in her wake right now and all the talk would have been about his age and obvious mental incapacity.
So because Pluto had to waste its time a massive opportunity was missed by the Democrats. With Pluto back at 1.27 Aquarius (within half a degree of Biden’s Moon) it was forced to come back to reverse over dementia Joe.
From that point on the end was nigh.
The Astrology Of An Ear Miss followed and despite Biden’s continued refusal to step down, his demise was inevitable.
In The Name Of God, Go was posted here on July 2nd saying that the Full Moon of the 21st would see that inevitability occur.
And he resigned on that very day, endorsing Kamala Harris.
If he had gone on the first Full Moon, she would be already on a roll that would probably be unstoppable.
Because Joe Biden, his family and advisors were too stupid to see the obvious, Harris has to start from scratch and try and build from being behind in the polls.
At least Biden has jumped now while there is still a chance for the Democrats. If he had stayed on Pluto would have had only one more opportunity to get him, with it’s transit ending during the week of Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Politicians get things wrong because they stop seeing things the way they are and are blinded by their own egos.
Astrologers get it wrong for similar reasons and because they are reactive rather than proactive.
They look at the circumstances of the time like Trump being convicted of 34 charges and assume Biden will win.
Because they make that assumption and are desperate to be right, they look for some astrological factor that will agree with a Biden victory, while ignoring all the much more powerful indicators that he wouldn’t.
Their focus is more on the opinion polls than on the ephemeris.
This is ultimately because they don’t have enough faith in astrology, or at least in their own methods and understanding of it.
To really understand the forces that decide everything, you have to be prepared to put personal and political preferences to one side and look at the broader picture.
See something and stick to it. Be proactive rather than reactive.
And also not afraid to be wrong occasionally.
What happens next is what everyone wants to know. Without actually putting the work into really trying to find out.
Again reactive rather than proactive.
Over the next three months I will be looking at the November election from as many different angles as possible.
We all have our preferences and you could hardly get a more polarised field in every sense of the word than Trump v Harris.
But the only thing that really matters is that we come closer to understanding the astrological forces that shape our world.
So rather than jumping to conclusions and swapping them as soon as the opinion polls change, I will focus on trying to explain what is really happening out there.
