Something Rotten In The State Of Denmark ?

Perhaps it was the hour spent staring across at the assorted bunch of pedophiles, peggers and tampon wannabes on the opposite row, but Queen Margrethe went home from Liz’s funeral and then ” plunged Denmark’s hugely popular royal family into what experts describe as its most serious and unforeseen crisis in decades after she stripped the royal titles from her youngest son’s children “.

No-one saw it coming apparently.

Well the only reason for that was that Capricorn Research was too busy chronicling the dysfunctional lives of Windsor PLC, because this was the most predictable royal drama since Henry VIII got rid of Anne Boleyn.

If every monarch had the kind of chart that Margrethe of Denmark has, no-one would be able to doubt astrology.

That Aries Sun conjunct Jupiter in the 10th house with a rising Moon in Leo gives a vivid impression of an all powerful ruler, sitting high on her iron ( Aries ) throne receiving her Viking warriors and the bounty from their pillaging while also turning a blind eye to the raping that went along with it.

Of course with Cancer rising, she wouldn’t actually go abroad and do all the killing herself, she would instruct her followers to do it for her.

That Ascendant, in exact square to her Sun ( by an orb of a mere 9 minutes ) would suggest that Margrethe finds it difficult keep the one happy family image going when she has such a strong sense of her own majestic role.

But if some powerful, devastating drama occurs that no-one could possibly have foreseen, we are obviously in Pluto territory, and that is exactly what the Danish queen’s chart is saying.

There is lots of talk about the US Pluto Return as the country nears its 250th birthday.

Margrethe is only 82 but owing to the planet covering the ground much quicker than usual during that time, she is on the brink of her own Pluto Half Return.

And since she has the Sun square to that rising Pluto, this event would inevitably have to be a extremely powerful one.

Margrethe’s sudden statement that ” the sons and daughter of her younger son, Prince Joachim would no longer be able to use the titles prince and princess ” was made with Pluto stationed at 26.07 Capricorn in exact square to her Sun.

It also seems that this announcement was made without any kind of consultation or warning to Joachim who has complained that his children ” don’t understand and have been mistreated “.

This would be expected since transit Pluto was not only square to Margrethe’s Sun it was also exactly opposite her Cancer Ascendant ( the appearance of family ).

It’s interesting that Margrethe has a Venus / Mars conjunction in Gemini, because her husband, the late Prince Henry has the Sun, Moon and Mars in that sign.

Bizarrely her son and heir Frederik also has the Sun, Moon, Mars in Gemini, all conjunct his mother’s Venus / Mars.

This grouping is also placed in the 4th house showing that he and his family will inherit the Danish throne.

Margrethe’s younger son Joachim has the Sun, Mercury and Ascendant in Gemini too.

Joachim also has a pattern involving the Sun, Moon and Mars but unlike Frederik’s conjunction, these three are in difficult relationship with each other as part of a T Square.

Pluto is also involved, opposite Joachim’s Moon creating a wide Grand Cross.

His 12th house Sun and an apex Pisces Moon in the 10th house suggests that Joachim and his family would not take the crown.

However, as with all things royal there is media speculation that there is much more to this drama than at first appears.

This speculation says that Prince Joachim fell in love with his brother Frederik’s wife, Princess Mary, a lady they both first met in a bar in Sydney intriguingly called The Slip Inn.

And in a very similar situation to that of William and Harry, this is the real cause of the brothers falling out and the true reason behind Margrethe’s sudden pronouncement.

Is there any astrological truth in these rumours ?

Of course there is.

” Show us your map of Tassie ” Mary has the Sun in Aquarius in trine to a Moon / Uranus conjunction in Libra.

This is the kind of combination that points to a sudden, unexpected meeting having a very favourable outcome and changing her life.

This pattern forms a Grand Trine with husband Frederik’s Mars but also with brother in law Joachim’s Sun.

They all met in 2002 when transit Pluto was opposite Frederik’s Mars and Joachim’s Sun ( and square to his Moon ).

This would be triggering the Sun / Moon / Pluto T square in Joachim’s chart.

One important point to note is the position of Mars in Mary’s chart.

It’s at 26 Aries 20, exactly on Queen Margrethe’s Sun and being strongly hit by the Pluto transit that is generating the whole drama.

What about Joachim’s wife, Princess Marie ?

There are some extraordinary similarities between Marie and Mary’s charts, which gives astrological credence to the media floated idea that Joachim has picked a clone of his brother’s wife for his own.

Mary has the Sun at 15 Aquarius, Marie at 16 Aquarius.

Marie’s Mars is at 16 Gemini, exactly conjunct Joachim’s Sun but also opposite Neptune in the noon chart 7th house, a combination that suggests all in the marriage is not what it seems.

But the really powerful point is that this noon chart gives Marie a Moon at 25.28 Aries.

So transit Pluto is now stationed exactly square to Margrethe’s Sun, Mary’s Mars and Marie’s Moon.

And Pluto, like it always does, has decided to blow all this out of the water and reveal what is really going on behind the scenes.

If there’s something rotten in the state of Denmark you can always expect a Pluto transit to blast it into the open with sudden and vicious finality.

It’s interesting that the chart for the country, when it became a constitutional monarchy also has a Gemini Sun right on the 4th house cusp.

Note that the two most rebellious planets, Uranus and Pluto are in close conjunction in late Aries, right on Queen Margrethe’s Sun, Mary’s Mars and Marie’s Moon, suggesting that this whole affair will change the Danish royal family significantly.

Of course the title for this article comes from Shakespeare’s play, Hamlet which depicts the Danish prince plotting his revenge against his uncle, Claudius who has murdered his father in order to seize his throne and marry his mother.

Hamlet was written and first performed in 1601.

Pluto’s position then ? 25 degrees Aries.

So very Game of Thrones, which incidentally was first shown with the Sun at 27 degrees Aries.

This is certainly a storyline to compete with Daemon and Rhaenyra.

All we need now is for Queen Margrethe to try and crush all the media speculation by releasing the dragons.

But royal attempts to quieten the media always fail so this could well backfire big time and end up blasting Mary all the way back to Tassie.
