Over the last few months I have been developing a method that enables me to see into someone’s previous lives and detect how themes that are coming up in this one are related to experiences lived through back then.
This method is based on my discovery of Secondary Regressions, a technique that takes one day for a year back before the person’s birth.
In investigating this method, I have found that Regressed Solar Returns will also add information about a particular year in a past life and that they dovetail quite astonishingly with the regressed chart.
To describe how this all works in practice I have decided to use one that I have just recently done for a client, anonymously and with permission granted.
It is as follows
” We might be looking at a past life review, but all we have to go on astrologically is our current life chart, so we have to start with the major themes there and see what that brings up.
With Sun in Scorpio conjunct Neptune in the 6th house there are strong health/healing themes.
The Sun’s opposition with Jupiter in the 12th emphasizes this but also shows that there is a protective force working deep inside you.
This is probably just as well because the T square to an apex Saturn in the 9th indicates that you’ve had to overcome considerable difficulties, particularly early in your life.
There were many challenges around home, security and travel.
Mars in Virgo being widely opposite Saturn would tend to reinforce these themes, but also would highlight your deep aversion/anxiety around war.
What we are looking for then in a secondary regression is a point in the past, where these astrological themes all came together.
As we are dealing with the area of past lives, I believe we can trust that you intuited something about 1942 just after we messaged about this project.
And doing a regressed chart for that year has really blown me away.
Your current natal Sun is 23 Scorpio.
If we look back to 1942 your regressed Mars was exactly square to your Sun triggering all this.
Just to give you some context, we would probably have to go back to the early 1800s to get anything remotely similar.
So I’m going to go with 1942 as being a critical year in your last life, one where your experience has contributed very strongly to the patterns you have chosen to explore in this one.
My first thought was this could have been the moment in your last life when you died, in the war.
So I wanted check that by looking at a horary for the moment your message including 1942 arrived.
This is fascinating.
Saturn is exactly rising. There is also a T Square that focuses onto a Mercury in Sagittarius in the 10th house.
Mercury is the ruler of the 8th house, so we are likely talking about a death.
However, I don’t believe it was yours.
The Moon is in the 7th house, and Mercury is also the ruler of the 7th, so I believe this was the death of your husband, probably in some foreign place because of the Sagittarius.
The fact that Mercury, Venus and Mars are in the 10th makes me believe that your loss of your husband pushed you either to train as a medic, or if you already were one to use your skills specifically for the armed forces.
One method that I have been using to corroborate the Secondary Regression experience is to use a Regressed Solar Return for that year.
Your Return for your birthday in November 1941 totally reinforces all this.
The Sun is opposite Saturn in the 7th house, so for sure the loss of your husband.
This is backed up by an exact square between Mars (the coruler) and Venus (the 7th house ruler).
If we apply horary principles here, Mars and Pluto represent you. Mars is in Aries in the 6thhouse of health and work.
Pluto is conjunct the Midheaven signalling a change of career.
I thought that it would be interesting to check if there was any indication that your current husband might also have been your husband in that life.
The first thing that alerted me to this possibility is that the rising Saturn in the horary is exactly (to within 5 minutes) conjunct your husband’s Saturn.
And the apex Mercury in the horary is right on his Sagittarius Moon.
So the two placements in the horary that indicate the death of your past life husband, make very specific hits in the chart of your current one.
To check this attribution we would need to regress his chart back to 1942.
Again this is gobsmacking because the Moon in his regressed chart is at 3 Pisces, exactly conjunct his Saturn and forming a T Square with Saturn, Uranus and Venus.

The Sun is opposite a Scorpio Moon.
This really picks out his current life Sun in Taurus in the 8th house opposite Neptune.
Venus is in Pisces opposite Neptune.
These two hit very strongly the Moon/Venus opposition in his chart for this life forming a Grand Cross with it.
Mars is rising in Cancer.
With the powerful Water dominance in this SR chart, I would suggest that your husband was in the navy and died at sea.
Having checked your secondary regressions after 1942, I have come to the conclusion that your last life ended in 1953.
The regressed Moon is in Scorpio exactly conjunct your Neptune, but more to the point your regressed Mars is opposite your Saturn, which is the ruler of your current life’s 8th house and the fundamental connection with this past life and the themes that you have brought with you into this one.
This is backed up by your regressed Solar Return for 1952.
The Sun is exactly square to Pluto.
There is also a T square involving Mars opposite the Ascendant and Uranus focusing onto an exact apex Saturn/Neptune conjunction in the 4th house.
As Saturn and Uranus are co rulers of the 8th house, I feel we can conclude that your last life ended in 1953.
Having spent some time reflecting on all this I believe you were an American living in Boston, but married to a British man. Your Secondary regressions suggest you were married in 1936 but he joined up with the British navy when the war started.
He died in a battle in the North Sea in June 1942.
I looked into using regressions to identify when you were born in this life.
Your current life chart ruler is Mercury. If we take you back to 1912, your regressed Mercury conjoins your current 4th house Pluto. This seems to be confirmation.
Your current regressed Solar Return for that year has the Sun conjunct Jupiter in the 4thhouse, a perfect indication of a previous birth.
I believe this was the birthchart of your last life.
The T square shows the big theme of this life.
The tight Moon/Saturn conjunction in the 7th house shows the tragic loss of your husband.
Its opposition to Jupiter in Sagittarius shows that you would be in different countries.
The T Square to Mercury in Virgo in the 10th house points to this event leading you to a medical career.
Your husband died during your Saturn Return.
In fact both Saturn and Uranus were both conjunct your Moon/Saturn in June 1942, when he died.
The progressed Sun was also conjunct Mars in 1942
Uranus went on to square Mercury the following year as you started your work.
You died in 1953 with transit Pluto conjunct your Venus.
This has been a fascinating exploration. It would be interesting to get your take on it.”
