When you know what to look for astrology is remarkably simple.
This is particularly true with our love life. An examination of the quality and aspects of Venus with any planets in the 7th house will reveal most of it.
And when these features come together by Secondary Progression we will meet our soulmates.
I have Venus conjunct Saturn in the 9th house. Venus is trine Jupiter in the 7th.
That simply means that I won’t meet mine ( Jupiter ) until I’m old ( Saturn ) and she will live abroad ( 9th house ).
We met when my progressed Venus made its only aspect of my life to Jupiter, the opposition in 2018 ( when I was 63 ).
My Jupiter is closely conjunct Uranus. This means that the meeting was totally unexpected and came through a shared passion for astrology.
So when we look at someone’s chart with the focus on Venus and any 7th house planets we can totally see the themes, no matter how much that person pretends that they don’t exist.
Even if they have the whole of the UK media ramming the pretence down our throats on a daily basis.
Prince William has the Sun and Moon in the 7th house.
This means he has two soulmates.
They are in Cancer.
Which means they live next door to each other.
They form an eclipse.
This means trouble.
They are both opposite Neptune.
He will try and all this keep quiet.
As the two 7th house planets are his Sun and Moon, these themes will dominate his life.
William’s Venus is in Taurus in the 5th house.
This means he likes to have affairs.
Venus is opposite Uranus.
He has unusal tastes.
Venus is the apex of a Finger of God pattern.
Which looks remarkably like a peg.
Venus is earlier in the Zodiac than William’s lights so there will come a time when it forms a conjunction with each by progression.
My experience is that these are amongst the most important moments of someone’s life and they will either mark the first meeting with our soulmate(s) or a very important point in that relationship, like a wedding or the birth of a first child.
As a rule, people who have two or more soulmates have the planets that indicate them some distance apart because they experience those relationships triggered by these Venus progressions at different times in their life.
Depending on which planets these progressions hit we can deduce something about the role each soulmate plays in our life.
It’s also interesting which point in our relationships with them the progression targets because that can also tell us what is important about that relationship.
William met Kate Middleton while they were students at Edinburgh University in 2001.
William had no progressions during this period.
The progressed Mercury was conjunct his Sun and trine his Jupiter from August 1999 until the end of 2000, which fits with studying at Uni, but not really with meeting his soulmate.
However when they married in 2011, William’s progressed Venus was conjunct his Sun.
This is the most important single event in someone’s soulmate life.
If William and Kate married with progressed Venus conjunct his Sun, what happened when it was conjunct his Moon.
” The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have known Rose Hanbury for quite some time as she and her husband, David Rocksavage, were at William and Middleton’s wedding in 2011. However, they reportedly became good friends while staying at their Anmer Hall country home full-time in 2014 as Hanbury and Rocksavage live on a property close to the royals. “
This progression occurred between 2014 and 16 when his affair with Rose Hanbury probably started while Kate was pregnant with Charlotte.
These progressions also show the two women’s roles in Williams life.
Kate for his deeds ( Sun ) and rose for his needs ( Moon ).
With a retrograde Venus in Aquarius in the 6th house, Kate would be unlikely and unwilling to cater for her husbands apex Venus god fingering needs.
But with a Capricorn Sun opposite a Cancer Moon forming a T Square apex Saturn in the 3rd house she could be expected to keep quiet about it to protect her children.
Suffering in silence is the key feature here.
Kate has no 7th house planets but the Sun and Venus would be key players.
It’s interesting that while William had progressed Mercury conjunct his Sun and trine Jupiter when he first met Kate, she had progressed Sun conjunct her Venus and square her Jupiter during the same period.
So William is definitely Kate’s soulmate.
For the wedding her Progressed Sun is exactly conjunct her Descendant.
These are the most spot on progressions. When you consider they are once in a lifetime occurrences, Kate’s life is an incredibly strong supporter of this astrological method.
One thing that hasn’t happened yet though is Kate’s retrograde Venus forming a conjunction with her Sun.
Venus stationed at 23 Capricorn on 11th February 1982 and started to move forward away from her Sun.
By progression this would correspond to Kate’s 34th birthday, in 2016, which was again probably once William started heading next door to borrow some sugar and no doubt a spoon to stir it with.
With a T square involving Venus at 1 Pisces, the Moon in late Leo and an apex Mars in Scorpio, Rambling Rose is much better able to cater to a prince’s bedroom requirements.
In fact this T square occupies the exact same sign positions ( and the noon chart to house positions ) as his uncle Andrew’s own.
Say no more.
In fact Rose’s T Square apex Mars in Scorpio is directly opposite William’s Yod apex Venus in Taurus.
Her Pisces Venus is exactly trine his Cancer Sun making her chief supplier of kitchen implements by royal appointment.
So while Kate’s Moon in Cancer might be good in the kitchen, a Leo Moon with challenging aspects to Venus and Mars would have a much better understanding of the uses of various of a wooden spoon.
What about Rose’s progressions ?
With no birth time available we can’t say what she has in the 7th house, but the noon chart often makes up for that and an apex Scorpio Mars together with Saturn, Uranus, Pluto and the South Node in the 5th house is the kind of thing you’d expect Cynthia Payne to have.
In fact the Personal Services Madam has the Moon in the same degree of Scorpio as Rose Hanbury’s apex Mars.
” At only 19, Rose Hanbury made waves among her royal circle when she began dating the much-older David Cholmondeley. “
This naturally says a lot about the relationship between Norfolk barmaid Rose and old enough to be her very rich dad Chumley Warner but her progression when they met was the all time classic.
Progressed Sun conjunct Venus.
The same as Kate’s when she first met William.
Rose’s Progressed Venus was conjunct her Mercury and square her Neptune when she got married, which rather gives the impression that some kind of deception and subterfuge was involved.
” Rose Hanbury and David Cholmondeley announced their engagement in June 2009 and, to the shock of high society, Rose’s mother, Emma, announced that her daughter was pregnant with twins the very next day “
Rose gave birth 3 months later.
Perhaps the Mercury / Neptune progression was merely a stepping stone because Rose Hanbury’s Venus was square her Jupiter in 2014 – 16 when she first picked up a spoon for her royal neighbour.
This is intriguing as Kate’s Progressed Sun was also square to Jupiter when she first saw her Prince Charming.
You could not make this shit up.
Norfolk Rose does seem to have a particular type ( very rich, lives next door ) and hunts in a very small area of the Zodiac.
David Chomondeley has the Sun at 5 Cancer just a degree away from William’s Moon.
His Sun / Venus conjunction in Cancer trine Neptune sextile to Mars in Taurus and Pluto forming a Kite with Jupiter oozes an entitled upper class lifetime of polo parties and airhead heiresses.
He is 23 years older than Rosie and his unremarkable synastry with her suggests that far from being his actual soulmate, he is merely a stepping stone to larger Cancerian targets.
As previously stated they met in 2003.
Chomondeley’s only progression for 2003 was the Sun quincunx Saturn which does not sound like him meeting the love of his life.
But his progressed Venus was sextile his Cancer Sun and Venus between 2007 and 2009 although this is more likely to mark the birth of his two mini Chumleys than his marriage to his soulmate.
Anyone with their Sun in a Grand Trine or Kite is likely to benefit greatly around the age of 60 because the progressed Sun will be forming sextiles to that natal position.
Dave’s own kite flying started in 2020 with his progressed Sun conjunct Pluto and it’s now sextile his Sun as his sproggs are given page boy duty for King Sally’s eclipse festival.
From here Dave’s progressed Sun goes on to sextile Venus so maybe another 19 year old ” soulmate ” could be conjured up, perhaps William’s Uncle Ernie could find one for him in appreciation of years of keeping his mouth shut just like Andrew Parker Bowles.
This might be the point at which to check out William’s current progressions.
William’s natal 7th house Moon is square to his Mars in Libra.
His Mars is conjunct Saturn.
The exact degree positions of these placements might not seem important until we look into progressions.
As we’ve seen William’s progressed Venus was conjunct his 7th house Sun for his marriage to Kate, conjunct his Moon for his first meeting with Rose, square to his Mars as their affair peaked ( 2018 – 19 ).
Venus is now about to square Saturn in Libra in the 9th house so for the next two years he will be receiving the Universe’ judgement on his conduct up to this point.
This also fits with transit Uranus coming to conjunct his apex Venus and oppose Rose Hanbury’s apex Scorpio Mars.
Kate’s soulmate path is a Solar one.
Her progressed Sun was conjunct her Venus and square her 4th house Jupiter when she met William.
Her Sun is now coming to square her 4th house Uranus, so not such great news for her family.
All this is not looking good for Prince Willy.
But this is the trouble with using pegs – you get hung out to dry.
