I have the Sun, Moon and Ascendant in Capricorn. This means that I am one of the most sceptical people on the planet. I refuse to believe anything unless it has been absolutely proven to me personally to work over and over again.
The problem, if indeed it is one, is with the Sun and Moon in the 12th house, I have to apply this way of looking at things into intangible and nebulous areas.
it would be so much easier if I had my lights in the 2nd house, so I could focus my pragmatic, empirical nature on the stock market.
Or if I had them in Pisces, so I could just go on what feels right to me and ignore any kind of logical testing at all.
But it is what it is. I spent 40 years of my life researching astrology and have absolutely proved it to work. The following 5 years I spent writing about these discoveries.
Since then I have turned by Capricorn gaze onto the astrology of our past lives.
Understandably, empirical testing of this area is very much harder, but my researches have consistently shown me that it is still possible.
This is through evaluating the odds of certain things coming up by chance alone. If they are consistently infinitesimally small, we have to conclude that what we have found, does in fact exist as a truth.
An intriguing example of this came up recently with a client F, who requested a review with a friend that had recently come into her life because they were both convinced that they a past life connection.
As I have mentioned before, a horary cast for the moment someone asks for a past life review will describe the themes involved in it.
Virgo is rising, which means that F is signified by Mercury.
Mercury is in Cancer, the sign most connected with the past and in the 11th house, the one that rules friends.
The chances of that alone occurring are 144/1 against.
J would be signified by the Moon, the 11th house ruler.
The Moon’s degree is 13.35 Gemini, J’s natal Moon is 13.34 Libra.
If we allow for the fact that we would have considered any of the Air signs, the odds of this coming up by chance alone is 3600/1 against.
So the odds of the two significators identifying the situation with this accuracy by chance alone are over half a million to one against.
The horary described the roles that F and J played with each other in that past life and also included appearances of F’s mother, daughter and husband but I won’t be including them in this article.
I will copy parts of the review that I sent to F.
“The house that would be most connected with past lives would be the 8th. You have Uranus and Pluto there.
Your Uranus is closely conjunct J’s Sun/Moon/Uranus conjunction, so it makes sense if we are looking for a past life connection between you to regress your chart back to when the Sun was conjunct it.
This takes us back to February 1651.
The regressed Moon is also in your Grand Cross exactly square to your Ascendant, so this was definitely an important point in your past life history.
In order to check whether J was with you at the time, we have to regress his chart back to the same date.
If the Sun and/or the Moon make important aspects to his current life planets we can say he definitely was and that these experiences would be an important factor in building the connection you have between you.
J’s regressed chart for February 1651 has the Sun and Mercury exactly opposite his Saturn.
The Moon and Mars are exactly trine his Sun. Venus is conjunct his Jupiter.
So he was definitely there, in fact this past life event could be even more important in his history, than it was for you.
To check the themes of what was happening for you both we look at your solar returns for the year.
The similarities are absolutely astonishing.
The years 1648 – 51 had an extremely powerful Uranus/Neptune conjunction in Sagittarius opposite Pluto in Gemini.
This accounted for the English Revolution and the execution of Charles 1st in 1649. So it was an immensely powerful time in astrological history.
The extraordinary thing in your returns is that the Moon picked this out for both of you. It was conjunct Pluto for you and conjunct Uranus and Neptune for J.
The odds against this occurring by chance are over 500/1 against.
This pattern also occurred in the same houses, the 6th to the 12th. The houses suggest that you were victims of a health epidemic and the planets involved indicate that you probably both died.
Using dowsing I have found that this event occurred in Barcelona. In 1651, there was a plague in Barcelona and the city was cut off from the outside world because of it. It began at the New Year and eventually killed over 15,000 of the city’s residents. You two were amongst the earliest victims.
One extraordinary thing is if we regress your chart back another 3.5 years.
This is J’s natal chart.
So you obviously would have met on June 15th 1647.
If we take J’s chart back to that date, the Sun is exactly conjunct his Venus.
This is a powerful testimony of your past life together, the odds of any of this happening by chance are infinitesimally small.
Your relationship lasted between the last time his regressed Sun was conjunct his Venus and its opposition to his Saturn.”
The horary and regressing the charts of each person to the date involved showed that 9 years before meeting J in Barcelona, F was due to marry her current life daughter who was a man back then.
This wedding had to be called off because of the unexpected death of this man’s own father meaning that he had to return home to look after and support his mother (F’s current life stepfather) and his sister (F’s current life ex husband).
F was forced by her family to marry her current life mother, a match that was financially favourable but not a love one.
What are the chances of such a thing happening over 300 years before any of these people were born?
Well given that we had already reached a chance of coincidence being figured at over 10 trillion to 1 against, I’d say they were pretty good.
We were all here before, and this article proves my method of finding those lives.
